Customers must notify Zook Brewing Company within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase and photographic evidence. No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind purchases. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Zook Brewing Company reserves the right to refuse refunds where misuse, neglect, or unauthorised handling is evident.
